All children attending must be listed at the bottom of this form.

The Rosh Hashanah Morning Family Service and the Yom Kippur Puppet Show are for families. Children must be accompanied by an adult to attend.

Parents of children attending that are not TBA members must remain in the building for the Pre-K-5 drop off programs. TBA members may drop off children between 10 - 10:30 a.m. for the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Pre-K-5 programs.
