5783 GUEST High Holy Day IN PERSON

Prior to Rosh Hashanah, we will mail your name tags for all members of your family attending in person. These name tags must be brought with you to services as they will indicate to us that you have completed the registration. You will also receive online links to services a few days before the holidays begin.

We're so happy you will be joining us for High Holy Days this year! This form is for IN PERSON GUEST REGISTRATION.

In order to plan effectively please let us know your intentions regarding the services you are attending. This is particularly important for our morning services on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur so we can ensure enough seats in the sanctuary for all who wish to attend in person.

Please note: all guests attending must be listed at the bottom of this form.

The High Holy Days are a large undertaking from a planning and financial perspective. We ask for a $400 donation per person to offset the costs of the High Holy Days. We appreciate the ongoing financial support of our members and guests to make it possible for us to bring high quality, meaningful experiences to everyone.

While we ask guests to make a donation to offset our costs, all are welcome regardless of financial means. Please contact Becky Oliver at if you need assistance

Please make sure to list names of all attendees below. All in person registrations also receive the online viewing links for all services and programs.
